Beautiful pool and poolside bar.(Great food).
Appartmetnts in fantastic condition, large balcony.
Superb location ,right near the nightlife, (100 metres).
and LESS than 10 min walk to where all the shops are,and thats where you will find the bus stop that takes you to all the beaches,including nissi beach.

We were 2 couples and we stayed 8 nights in Pavlinia and had a great time. Rooms were nothing special, but good enough for us. Our rooms located opposite of reception and actually wifi worked fine in our rooms. Minimarket located next to our room and it was really nice. Hotel’s pool area was nice and staff at bar really friendly. We spend lot of time at pool, because we didnt like to walk so far to beaches. If u like to stay in cheap hotel near of bar’s and party, you definetely like to stay in Pavlinia, but if u like to stay in quiet place near of beach, yoy should choose other hotel.

one again it was a perfect stay at pavlinia – this time in a studio room 73 with a perfect view over Ayia Napa and lune park. i always stay here its is 2 mins from the center of ayia napa but still far enough away from bar street to sleep well. the room was renovated and look really nice …. I ALWAYS FEEL WELCOME when i stay here….. i will return as soon as possible….thanks pavlinia

Fantastic stay..

Stayed here early on in The season for a week holiday with some friends. The accomadation was lovely. The owners and workers were very helpful and welcoming, the Finnish receptionist was a fantastic help with advice and even let me borrow her iron. We kept losing our key and the helped us no dramas at all. When I visit again I will definetly be staying here again. Loved it! Thank you

It was such a great stay, Id recommend these rooms to anyone. They are in a quiet area but still close to the bars.The rooms were reasonably priced and clean. The Staff, especially the Scandinavian receptionist couldn’t of been more helpful! If she wasn’t married already Id marry her myself!

I really enjoyed my stay in Pavlinia. Nice,fresh and clean rooms with great location and very friendly staff.Nice pool area with a great pool bar. Also near the amazing nightlife and center of Ayia Napa

Lovely hotel came with a group of friends for a wedding ? hotel reception amazing did anything we asked for can’t wait to go back again in a few months ? rooms clean and spacious! Everything you need for your holiday! Perfect location 2 mins to the strip!

This hotel is perfect for a stay in napa. The rooms are lovely and everything is spotless! It is also in the perfect location! Would 100% stay again! And the staff are lovely especially the swedish receptionist so helpful and friendly!

I stayed in Pavlinia for a week with my husband in may 2015. we had a room in the renovated building facing the pool. the room was so nice and clean and our view was so nice! we ate few times in the pool bar the food was great. hotel is located right in the middle of ayia napa which was great u can walk everywhere. we were using the wifi they had in the pool bar and it worked in our room as well. staff was very nice and helpful definitely gonna stay here again!
